After 3 days of trying, I'm finally hooked up on the Echolink. Definitely an alternative if you "can't" afford a Hamshack at Base yet. Though, it has its limitations.1st Echolink QSO - with 9M2CW (Chin, Ipoh), but cut off (TOT) after intro. Tried to re-connect but to no avail. 2nd Echolink QSO - with 9W2YCC (Chan, Cheras). 5/9.
Day 1: downloaded Echolink after hearing QSO on RKK (teruja, beb). Tried to validate AA but something went wrong with document (issue & expiry date missing!)
Day 2: scanned and email original AA and replied to Echolink validation. Hooray! Approved. Tried to log in BUT problem with Router.
Day 3: Enabled my DMZ to work with my P1 Router. Figured it out! Yesss!
